If you are a Referee for a Hertz Fellowship applicant and have been
asked to submit a Reference Report, you can click on the link below to
access the preformatted Reference Report.
The applicant must have registered you as a referee. The registration
process triggers an email message to the Referee which contains the necessary
access ID and password.
In order for applications to be given full consideration, Reference
Reports on behalf of applicants for Fannie and John Hertz Foundation
Graduate Fellowships are due on or before the first Monday following
the application deadline.
